Christopher’s Deli has been serving customers in and around Mahopac, New York, for over
twenty years. Starting with two classic recipes – one for potato salad and the other
for fried chicken – the original “Christopher” earned his customers’
loyalty by providing first-rate delicatessen fare, tasty fried chicken, and catering
for a variety of events, including clam bakes, barbecues, and other occasions.
In 2009, Ray Stahl took ownership of the Mahopac
mainstay, committed to providing both
the top-quality classics that Christopher’s customers have come to expect and a
variety of innovative new menu items to respond to today’s changing tastes and
dietary habits. The result is re-energized Christopher’s Deli that
successfully unites the traditional with the inventive to provide customers
with an unrivaled culinary experience.
